About us

Grand Grillin was established in 2010 by small business owner Vicki Ueberroth.  When starting her business, Vicki wanted to create the family-owned atmosphere.  Her kids have always been a huge part of her success and have encouraged her to strive for her dream.  All her children have worked by her side to make her business what it is today.

Grand Grillin started off as a mobile food cart featuring her boneless, skinless chicken breast grilled with Vicki's signature spices.  In May 2014, Grand Grillin was featured as a contestant on the Food Network Channel Show "Food Court Wars".  Nation-wide exposure related to this opportunity allowing Grand Grillin to gain the customer demand needed to expand into our catering branch.

Today, Grand Grillin has opened a Brick & Mortar located in East Lansing, MI.  This has been a dream of Vicki's for many years that has now come true!!!
